Platform Role Disclaimer

WholesaleHome is a technology platform that facilitates connections between parties. We are not a real estate broker, agent, lender, or financial advisor. All transactions are between users.

User Accounts and Registration

Account creation and management requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • One account per person; multiple accounts may result in suspension
  • Professional users may be required to provide additional verification

Property Listings and Deals

Guidelines for listing and purchasing properties on our platform:

Wholesaler Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate property descriptions, photos, and financial details
  • Disclose all known property conditions and legal issues
  • Ensure you have legal right to wholesale the property
  • Comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations
  • Honor contracted deals and communicate professionally

Investor Due Diligence

Investors are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including property inspections, title searches, market analysis, and legal review before purchasing any property.

Platform's Role: We provide a marketplace for users to connect but do not verify property information, guarantee deal accuracy, or participate in transactions. All deals are between users.

Payment Terms and Fees

Payment obligations and fee structures:

  • Platform fees are clearly disclosed before completing transactions
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Transaction fees apply to completed deals and affiliate commissions
  • Document purchases are processed immediately upon payment
  • All payments are processed through secure third-party processors
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your transactions
  • Failed payments may result in account suspension or service termination

Fee Changes

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the platform after fee changes constitutes acceptance.

All platform software, design, logos, trademarks, and proprietary content are owned by WholesaleHome and protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content

License Grant: By uploading content, you grant WholesaleHome a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for platform operations.

Copyright Infringement

We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. Repeat copyright infringers will have their accounts terminated.
