  • Estimated after-repair value (ARV)
  • Estimated repair costs breakdown
  • Days remaining on contract
  • Required closing timeline

Photo Requirements

  • Minimum 5 high-quality photos
  • Exterior front and back views
  • Interior photos of all major rooms
  • Photos of any damage or repair needs
  • Recent photos (taken within 30 days)

Documentation

  • Purchase contract or option agreement
  • Property disclosure forms
  • Recent inspection reports if available
  • Comparable sales analysis
  • Title commitment or prelim report

Accuracy Requirement

All listing information must be accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation of property details, financials, or legal status will result in immediate listing removal and potential account suspension.
